I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. Lift up the caoktop, see page 11. . Wipe off spills immediately after burner has cooled.

Remove burner from manifold with phillips screwdriver. Soak in warm soapy water and wipe with plastic scrubbing pad and dishwashing detergent.
