Manual was delivered in a timely manner and was all in English as advertised. The manuals I received when we moved into our flat were in German, Italian, and French. Having never used a steamer before, and not speaking/reading German very well, I needed an English Manual. this was a huge help.

This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. Pans should be the same size or larger than the surface unit to prevent boil-overs and hot handles.
Only use pans wlth flat bottoms. Flat bottoms allow maximum contact between the pans and surface units for fast, even cooking. Pans with uneven bottoms or with a raised battern on the bottom are not suItable: Flatness of a pan can be checked by placing an edge of a ruler across it. There should not be space between the ruler and the bottom of the pan.

The large diameter of most water-bath or pressure canners combined with high heat settings for long periods of time can shorten the life of regular surface units and cause damage to the cooktop.
