Let stand, covered with aluminum foil, 5 to 10 minutes. Place turkey breast, skin-side down, in baking dish. Microwave until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, turning over after half the time. Let stand, covered with aluminum foil, 10 to 15 minutes.
