Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much... But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings. I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Bei längerer Abwesenheit
1. Den Kühlraum und das Gefrierfach leeren. 2. Das Gerät von der Stromversorgung abschalten. 3. Die Innenräume abtauen und reinigen. 4. Bei abgeschaltetem Kühlschrank die Türen offen lassen, um Schimmelbildung, unangenehme Gerüche und Oxidation zu vermeiden.

FUNKTIONSST�RUNG
1. Das Gerät funktioniert nicht. � Liegt ein Stromausfall vor? � Ist der Stecker richtig an die Steckdose angeschlossen? � Ist der Zweipolschalter eingeschaltet? � Ist die Sicherung durchgebrannt? � Ist das Stromkabel beschädigt? � Steht der Thermostat auf z (Stop)? 2. Die Temperatur in den Geräteteilen ist nicht kalt genug. � Schlie�en die Türen korrekt? � Ist das Gerät in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle aufgestellt? � Ist der Thermostat richtig eingestellt? � Sind die Lüftungsgitter blockiert? 3. Die Temperatur im Kühlraum ist zu niedrig. � Ist der Thermostat richtig eingestellt? 4. Wasser steht auf dem Boden des Kühlraums. � Ist der Tauwasserabflu� verstopft? 5. Die Innenbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Zuerst Punkt 1 prüfen und dann: � Das Gerät von der Stromversorgung abschalten. Um die Glühlampe zu prüfen, siehe Anleitungen und Zeichnung auf den beigefügten Produktangaben. � Die Glühlampe prüfen und ggf. ersetzen (max. 15 W). 6. Die rote Kontrollampe am Bedienfeld des Gefrierers bleibt eingeschaltet / der akustische Alarm aktiv. (siehe Kapitel "Benutzung des Gefrierfachs") � Wurden erst vor kurzem gro�en Mengen frischer Speisen in den Gefrierer eingelegt? � Ist die Tür des Gefrierers geschlossen?

Hinweise: � Es liegt keine Störung vor, wenn der vordere Rand des Kühlschrankes sich warm anfühlt; das Gerät beugt so der Kondensbildung vor. � Gluckergeräusche und Ausdehnungszischen des Kältekreises sind normal.
