I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

DE OVEN EN DE ACCESSOIRES REINIGEN
� Als u klaar bent met het bereiden van het voedsel, wachten tot de oven is afgekoeld en hem vervolgens schoonmaken om aankoeken van bakresten te vermijden. Als voedselresten vastzitten, een ovenreiniger gebruiken en de instructies op de verpakking ervan opvolgen. Reinig de buitenkant van de oven met een spons en warm water. Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of pannensponsjes. Gebruik een vloeibaar reinigingsmiddel om het venster van de ovendeur te reinigen. Reinig de accessoires in de afwasmachine of met de hand met een ovenreiniger. Nadat de oven langere tijd is gebruikt voor bereiding van gerechten op verschillende steunhoogten (vooral voedsel met een hoog watergehalte zoals pizza's, gevulde groenten etc.) kan er condens ontstaan op de deurverzegeling. Als de oven is afgekoeld, eventuele condens met een doek of een spons verwijderen.
